2. Tell Us About You
You’ll fill in your contact info and let us know the best times to reach you. Want to keep it short and sweet? No problem. Got a full vision for your dream tour? We love that too! Use the box provided to tell us as much—or as little—as you’d like.
Whether you have it all figured out or need help deciding what’s right for you, we’ve got you. Just say the word, and we’ll jump in to help craft something perfect.

3. Let’s Connect
Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out by phone or email to start planning. We’ll work with you to shape your experience around what you love—whether it’s bourbon, wineries, nature, history, or something totally off the beaten path.

4. Get Your Custom Itinerary
After we've mapped out your personalized adventure, we’ll email you a detailed itinerary for your review. You’ll have a chance to approve the plan and confirm everything looks just right.

5. Secure Your Spot
To lock in your tour, we ask for a 50% deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details and a receipt.

6. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due two weeks before your adventure. Once everything is set, you’ll receive your final trip confirmation—then all that’s left is to show up ready to explore!
